Great facilities, wonderful bistro with Romanian and NYC style food, accommodating staff, clean rooms, excellent location, good value for money.

We loved the central location of the hotel, close to many fantastic attractions. The cleanliness was excellent and the hotel facilities were great, including TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, and mini-fridge. the breakfast was excellent and the staff were very cute.

The hotel offered a room with a nice view and a comfortable king-size bed, which made our romantic escape cozy and enjoyable. the location of the hotel was great, as it was close to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided us with a fridge in the room, which allowed us to bring some of our own drinks and snacks.

Our experience at the hotel was not entirely positive. the shower booth in our room was old and worn out, which made our showering experience less than enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in a central location, which made it very easy for us to access the places we needed to visit. The cleanliness in the hotel was impressive, and everything was well-presented and neat. We were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff, who made us feel at home. The breakfast had a good variety, and it was a welcome start to our busy days.

Although the breakfast had a good variety, the coffee and tea could have been of better quality. The service in the restaurant was not adequate, and we had to wait for more than 20 minutes before being attended to on some occasions. More waitresses should be provided, especially during busy periods, to avoid long wait times. It was also quite frustrating having to look for someone to issue a bill, as the staff members were not attentive. it was a good experience, but some improvements could be made to make the stay even better.
